Located near Bakersfield California - Our Mi-Kis are bred and raised in our home where breeding Mi-Kis of the highest quality is our daily focus - Something we've been doing for over 14 years.

We're passionate about our Mi-Kis and the families who adopt them! ​​ Brumby's Run Mi-Ki's is all about producing the most extraordinary Mi-Kis in America. Here at Brumby's Run, we know that our customers are not just looking for a Mi-Ki, but for a companion. Our Mi-Kis live in our home with us and are part of our family. Each and every puppy is loved and fussed over daily.

Unlike some breeders, we raise our puppies in our own home, under our own direct care. There is no separate kennel, no staff or employees - just us - John & Bonnie Thomson.

We focus on raising quality puppies and have an overwhelmingly positive reputation with both our clients and other Mi-Ki breeders - always backing our puppies 100%.

We're the type of people that often go the extra mile - we answer those late-night emergency phone calls, and we have families that have our puppies that regularly stop by just to say hello. 

As advocates for ethical breeding practices, we are members of the American Mi-Ki Club (Bonnie currently serves on the board of directors as President.) We register all of our Mi-Kis with AMRA (American Mi-Ki Registry Association,) and help with rescue situations when called upon.
